Account Manager

WiserChat is hiring an Account Manager to manage relationships with real estate developers and coordinate client meetings, follow-ups, and content production. The role • Build working relationships with clients and their teams. • Coordinate meetings, office visits, and content shoots at property sites. • Keep CRM records accurate and follow up on outstanding client actions. • Participate in branded content production, including appearing on camera. • Resolve client issues and follow through on commitments. What we're looking for Experience in account management or client services, with a record of managing client relationships and delivering on commitments. You should communicate clearly, stay organized, and be confident coordinating people and addressing problems directly. Real estate experience is preferred.
