Marketing Manager

To lead and manage Everest Properties' marketing function, developing and implementing corporate and project marketing strategies that strengthen the company's market positioning and directly support sales, leasing, project launches and overall commercial objectives. Accountabilities Develop and implement annual Marketing Plans aligned with Everest's commercial objectives. Develop marketing strategies for existing and upcoming projects. Establish project positioning, target audiences, key messages and value propositions in coordination with the CCO and Leasing & Sales. Lead corporate and project branding initiatives. Develop and oversee marketing campaigns supporting sales, leasing and project launches. Manage the company's digital presence, including website and social media channels. Oversee the preparation of brochures, presentations, fact sheets, advertisements, signage and other marketing collateral. Ensure marketing materials accurately communicate project specifications, commercial propositions and Everest's brand positioning. Coordinate with the Senior Marketing Executive and Graphic Designer to ensure timely delivery of marketing activities. Manage external marketing, creative, media and production agencies where required. Monitor marketing performance and prepare regular reports. Conduct market and competitor research to support project positioning and commercial decision-making. Support launches, events, exhibitions, client activities and other commercial anticampaign Effectiveness Required Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related discipline. 7+ years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in real estate, property development or a comparable sector. Experience managing marketing activities and external agencies. Experience in project marketing and commercial marketing is preferred.
