Junior Architect/Interior Designer

WE ARE HIRING: JUNIOR ARCHITECT / INTERIOR DESIGNER Location: Dubai, UAE Employment Type: Full-Time We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and motivated Junior Architect / Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will support architectural and interior design projects from concept development to technical drawings, presentations, and project coordination. Key Responsibilities · Assist in developing architectural and interior design concepts, layouts, and space planning. · Prepare 2D technical drawings, detailed plans, elevations, and sections using AutoCAD. · Create 3D models, renderings, and visual presentations for client proposals. · Develop mood boards, material selections, color schemes, furniture layouts, and design concepts. · Prepare design presentations, project documentation, material specifications, BOQs, and finishing schedules. · Coordinate with senior architects, interior designers, consultants, contractors, and project teams. · Conduct site visits and assist in monitoring project progress and design implementation. · Review drawings to identify discrepancies and coordination issues. · Assist in preparing tender documents, quotations, and technical submissions. · Coordinate with suppliers and contractors regarding materials, finishes, and design details. · Assist in sourcing furniture, lighting, fixtures, decorative elements, and innovative materials within project budgets. · Follow up on material samples, approvals, and project-related submissions. · Revise drawings and designs based on client feedback and project requirements. · Ensure designs comply with project requirements, quality standards, and applicable building regulations. · Maintain organized project files, drawings, and design documentation. · Research current architectural and interior design trends, materials, and innovative design solutions. · Support the team in meeting project deadlines and delivering high-quality design outputs. · Perform other design-related duties as assigned by the Senior Architect or Design Manager. Qualifications & Requirements · Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field. · 0–3 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply. · Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp. · Knowledge of Revit, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, or Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage. · Strong creativity, technical drawing, visualization, and presentation skills. · Good communication, teamwork, organizational, and time-management skills. · Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines. · A strong portfolio showcasing architectural or interior design projects is preferred.
