Floor Manager

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Reports to: Restaurant / Branch Manager Key Responsibilities Supervise daily front-of-house operations and staff during service Ensure service, cleanliness, and presentation standards are met Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally Coordinate floor timing with the kitchen for smooth service Manage staff schedules, shift coverage, and pre-shift briefings Oversee POS operations, cash handling, and reconciliation Ensure compliance with municipality hygiene and safety standards Key Requirements 2–4 years' experience in a restaurant floor/supervisory role Strong leadership and people-management skills Bilingual Arabic/English preferred Able to work shifts, including evenings and weekends High school diploma; hospitality diploma is a plus Show more Show less
