Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at CsMena in Egypt. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls, resolving customer queries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing exceptional customer service on a daily basis. Qualifications Language Skill: Spanish C2 Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience expertise Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work under pressure Minimum 1 Year experience in Customer Service Knowledge of CRM systems and call centre technology Fully available for all shifts (24/7) A bachelor degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred Show more Show less
