Role Description The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in New Cairo. This role is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring processes for various positions across Brickwell Investment. The specialist will collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop job postings, and maintain a consistent and positive candidate experience. Daily tasks include building and nurturing talent pipelines, supporting employer branding initiatives, maintaining accurate recruitment records, and ensuring that hiring practices align with company policies and local regulations. The role also involves continuous improvement of recruitment strategies to attract and retain high-caliber talent. Qualifications Demonstrated expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding. Experience in Hiring processes and Interviewing, with the ability to assess candidate fit and provide structured feedback. Skills in Employer Branding, with the capacity to promote the company’s value proposition across channels. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Ability to work on-site in New Cairo and manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and common recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards). Solid understanding of recruitment best practices and relevant labor regulations. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Previous experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter in real estate or a related industry is an advantage. Show more Show less
