Position: Chief Counter-UAV (C-UAS) Systems Architect / Project Leader
Lead the design and development of advanced Counter-UAV (C-UAS) defense systems, including drone detection, tracking, identification, and neutralization capabilities.
Develop integrated multi-sensor solutions using radar, EO/IR, RF, and AI/ML technologies.
Design electronic warfare and kinetic/non-kinetic countermeasures such as RF jamming, GPS spoofing, and directed energy concepts.
Oversee system integration, field testing, and operational validation of C-UAS platforms.
Requirements:
Ph.D. or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Computer Science, or Physics.
15+ years of experience in Counter-UAV, air defense, or related defense R&D programs.
Proven leadership experience in large-scale defense projects and system architecture development.
Experience with multi-sensor fusion, electronic attack systems, and AI-based target classification is highly preferred.
