Production Manager

Employment type: Full-time Location: Industrial Zone, 6th of October, Egypt About us Empower makes Hydro Zero, a zero-sugar electrolyte drink sold across Egypt through Talabat, Rabbit, retailers and gyms. Demand is growing, and we need a Production Manager to run and scale our factory output. What you'll do Plan and run daily and weekly production to meet sales forecasts and customer orders, including Talabat and retail POs. Manage the bottling line from mixing and filling through capping, labelling and shrink packing, hitting output, efficiency and waste targets. ⁠Lead, schedule and train the production team and shift supervisors. Track OEE, downtime, yield and material use, and drive continuous improvement and lean practices. Plan raw and packaging materials with Procurement and Warehouse so the line never stops. Coordinate with Maintenance on preventive maintenance and fast breakdown response. Work with Quality Control so every batch meets specification and food safety (GMP, HACCP) requirements. Enforce health, safety and hygiene rules on the floor. Support line expansion and new product introductions (new flavours, pack formats and future lines). Report production KPIs and costs to management. What we're looking for Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical or Food) or a related field. 5–8+ years in food and beverage production, including at least 2 years leading a production line or team. ⁠Hands-on experience with filling, bottling and packaging lines. Carbonated or juice lines are a plus. Strong production planning and Excel skills. ERP experience is a plus. Good working knowledge of GMP, HACCP and lean/5S. A strong leader who can keep the line running under pressure. Arabic (native) and good professional English. Military service completed or exempted (for male candidates).
