ABOUT TACTECH
TACTECH New Media is a Dubai-based creative technology studio working at the intersection of storytelling, design and technology. We create interactive experiences, immersive environments, digital installations, applications, and high-impact visual content for brands, agencies and organizations. Our projects combine creative development with motion design, CGI, AI-assisted content workflows, software development and technical delivery across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and beyond.
THE ROLE
Own the operational delivery system for TACTECH's creative production: people, assignments, deadlines, dependencies, suppliers, quality gates and deployment readiness. The Production Manager connects creative, content, software and technical execution so multiple projects can move at once without losing scope, schedule or standards. This is both a production-leadership and traffic-management position, not only an on-site coordination role.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Production planning and resource management
Convert confirmed project scopes into integrated schedules, work breakdowns, milestones and accountable owners.
Allocate internal and freelance capacity across art direction, design, animation, CGI, editing, development and technical operations.
Maintain a single, accurate view of the production pipeline, utilization, priorities, blockers and delivery commitments.
Run production traffic reviews and flag capacity conflicts or schedule risk early with proposed solutions.
Execution control and quality assurance
Establish checkpoints for briefs, scripts, storyboards, design approvals, build versions, content exports, testing and final sign-off.
Make sure producer handovers contain complete technical requirements, screen specifications, platform details, content lists and deployment plans.
Coordinate version control, internal reviews, client feedback cycles, change requests and approval logs.
Oversee quality and readiness for interactive applications, media-server content, installations and multi-screen delivery.
Commercial, vendors and deployment coordination
Work with account management and producers to match delivery plans to approved scope, budgets and client commitments.
Monitor production costs, freelance/vendor requirements and variations; escalate changes before work is committed.
Coordinate with technical operations and partner suppliers for integration tests, site schedules, logistics and installation requirements.
Ensure practical on-site documentation, contingency plans, handover checklists and completion records are in place.
Team management and continuous improvement
Manage producer workflows and cross-team operating discipline; coach teams on ownership, follow-through and communication.
Improve templates, scheduling tools, reporting cadence and escalation paths based on actual delivery outcomes.
Provide the Managing Director with concise weekly updates on project health, risks, resourcing and decisions needed.
WHAT YOU BRING
8+ years in multidisciplinary production or delivery management, including leadership across more than one concurrent project.
Demonstrated experience delivering motion/CG content, interactive applications, immersive media or technology-led installations.
Ability to plan creative production and software workflows together, including dependencies, approvals and testing.
Confident handling of budgets, suppliers, resource capacity, scope control and deadlines.
Clear written documentation, strong escalation judgment and hands-on knowledge of project management tools.
Experience with live deployment, installation or exhibition environments is valuable; fabrication-only experience is insufficient.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
Project milestones and resource allocations are visible, credible and updated in real time.
Teams understand task owners and deliverables; preventable schedule slippage and rework decrease.
Technical and creative deliverables pass defined QA gates before client or on-site release.
Projects remain aligned to approved scope, budgets and documented sign-offs.
