We're looking for a hands-on Co-Founder who thinks like an operator, not just an investor. You understand the full 360° of building a startup (brand, product, operations, finance, and go-to-market) and you bring the network, influence, and capital to move fast. Your Role • Shape our global vision and growth strategy, end to end • Lead partnerships, fundraising, and international expansion • Open doors to luxury retailers, distributors, and key stakeholders through your network • Bring capital and/or investor access to accelerate early growth • Help establish Ruh Al Fann as a leading name in sustainable luxury fashion Who We're Looking For • A high-net-worth individual, or someone with direct access to serious capital • Strong personal network and influence across luxury, retail, or GCC business circles • Proven experience building or scaling a business, with a true founder mindset across strategy, operations, and execution • Entrepreneurial, decisive, and genuinely passionate about sustainability • Committed for the long haul.
