Senior Full-Stack Engineer

At Evion, we're transforming how conferences are planned, managed, and monetized. We are looking for an exceptional Senior Full-Stack Engineer to take technical ownership of our AI-powered conference operations platform, lead our engineering team, and help build the next generation of our product. Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and support our existing engineering team, fostering a culture of quality and accountability. Maintain, improve, and scale our full-stack platform, ensuring high performance, reliability, and security. Collaborate directly with the founder to translate customer needs into powerful new product capabilities, including AI-driven workflows. Lead technical customer support to troubleshoot complex issues and ensure seamless event operations for our organizers. Own the full development lifecycle, including technical planning, hands-on coding, code reviews, testing, and release management. Define and evolve our architecture, infrastructure, and engineering best practices. Qualifications Extensive experience as a full-stack engineer with strong proficiency in frontend, backend, database, and API development. Proven track record of shipping and maintaining real-world products used by customers. Experience in technical leadership, including mentoring engineers and making high-level architectural decisions. Strong debugging, testing, and complex problem-solving skills. Proficiency with modern AI-assisted development tools and a passion for building AI-powered products. Product-minded approach with the ability to prioritize features that solve real customer problems. Comfortable working in an early-stage startup environment, with the ability to move quickly and communicate clearly.
