Your Role As KYC/AML Analyst, you'll be on the front line of protecting a new digital asset business. You'll run customer onboarding and ongoing KYC/AML checks with accuracy and consistency, applying approved procedures and flagging the cases that need a closer look. Working closely with Compliance, you'll help make sure every customer relationship starts and stays on a solid, well-documented footing. The role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and is open to candidates based in the GCC who are willing to relocate. A few examples of your responsibilities • Review customer identification documents and check onboarding information for completeness and consistency • Conduct customer due diligence, including beneficial ownership verification where applicable • Run sanctions, PEP, and adverse media screening using approved tools and procedures • Assess customer, transaction/transfer, and corporate action risk, and carry out enhanced due diligence in line with established criteria • Record your findings and escalate higher-risk cases, discrepancies, or potential suspicious activity to Compliance • Keep case files complete and up to date, supporting periodic reviews and documentation updates • Perform manual checks where needed and suggest improvements to workflows and tools What We're Looking For Essential Requirements • Hands-on experience in KYC/KYT, AML, or customer due diligence within financial services, fintech, or payments • Familiarity with customer risk assessment, screening, enhanced due diligence, and escalation procedures • Ability to review documentation thoroughly and maintain accurate, well-supported case records • Experience reviewing Arabic-language customer documentation • Professional proficiency in Arabic and English Nice to Have • Exposure to on-chain digital asset businesses Soft Skills That Make a Difference • Integrity and discretion when handling sensitive information • Sound judgment in recognising when a case needs escalation • Consistency and reliability, even under high volumes • Ability to work independently within defined procedures • Curiosity and willingness to improve how things are done What We Offer 💰 Competitive, market-aligned compensation package 🚀 The opportunity to be part of building BKN301's presence in the Kingdom from its earliest days 📍 Full-time role based in Riyadh 🎓 Ongoing learning and room to grow within an innovative group 🌎 An international, collaborative culture where trust comes first Equal Opportunity At BKN301, we believe the best ideas come from different perspectives.
