Whether you're a fresh graduate or have up to 2 years of experience, we'd love to hear from you! 🔹 What You'll Do: Create and maintain purchase orders and sales orders in SAP. Monitor order progress, follow up on timelines, and ensure accurate system updates. Support operational reporting, performance tracking, and KPI analysis. Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflows. Manage professional email communication and operational documentation. Identify data discrepancies and support continuous process improvement. Maintain accurate records to support audit and compliance requirements. Assist with daily operational and administrative activities. 🔹 What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome. Very good command of English, both written and spoken. Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (a must). Familiarity with Power BI is a plus. SAP or ERP system knowledge is an advantage. Previous experience in customer service, administration, or data entry is a plus. Strong communication, organizational, and follow-up skills.
