Strategy & Transformation Specialist

We are hiring a Strategy & Transformation Specialist to work on a project with an Abu Dhabi government entity. In this role, you'll support the entity's strategic planning and transformation agenda: developing strategic analysis, turning priorities into clear initiatives and roadmaps, and leading assigned cross-functional priorities through delivery. Key Responsibilities • Support the formulation, refresh and cascading of strategy and operational priorities • Conduct strategic analysis, benchmarking and research to inform leadership decisions • Develop strategy materials, decision papers and executive presentations • Lead assigned strategic and transformation initiatives from definition through implementation • Build implementation roadmaps, milestones, deliverables and ownership arrangements • Coordinate business leads, process owners and delivery partners, and resolve delivery risks and dependencies • Deliver strategic studies, leadership requests and priority deep dives with clear, evidence-based recommendations • Prepare briefing materials and decision packs for leadership and governance forums • Keep initiative progress, risks and issues up to date to PMO standards Requirements • 8–12+ years of experience in enterprise strategy, transformation delivery, strategic planning, public-sector advisory or management consulting • Experience supporting strategy formulation and turning priorities into initiatives and implementation roadmaps • Proven experience leading cross-functional workstreams and coordinating senior stakeholders • Strong analytical, problem-solving and executive-writing skills, with experience preparing decision materials for leadership • Experience in government or semi-government, real estate, or another regulated sector is preferred; GCC experience is an advantage • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, engineering, public policy, management or a related field; postgraduate qualification is an advantage • Fluency in English required; Arabic strongly preferred Qualified UAE Nationals are strongly encouraged to apply.
