# Scaffolding Foreman（脚手架现场工长） ### Job Overview Supervise scaffolding projects across Saudi Arabia. The Foreman is responsible for **reading and interpreting scaffolding drawings**, leading on-site assembly, disassembly and packing operations, providing technical briefings and assembly training, coordinating material deliveries and returns, and **communicating directly with clients and site teams in Arabic and English** to ensure smooth project execution. ### Key Responsibilities **1. Technical & Drawing Work** - Read and interpret scaffolding layout/assembly drawings; verify dimensions and configurations against actual site conditions. - Deliver technical briefings and provide hands-on assembly guidance to workers. - Conduct post-installation inspections to confirm assembly quality; log issues and report for follow-up. **2. On-Site Supervision & Operations** - Lead, train and supervise site workers on scaffolding assembly, disassembly, packing, stacking and safe handling. - Coordinate material deliveries and returns at project sites; verify quantities and conditions; oversee handover. - Manage on-site packing teams and assist warehouse staff in quantity/quality checks. **3. Client Communication & Coordination** - Communicate with clients, construction teams and site workers in **Arabic and English**. - Address day-to-day site issues and coordinate delivery, return, packing and training schedules. - Collect packing service fees as agreed. **4. Documentation** - Maintain accurate, complete and traceable records of deliveries, returns, packing activities and inspection results. ### Job Requirements 1. **Good command of both Arabic and English** **Good command of both Arabic and English** **Good command of both Arabic and English** (speaking, listening, reading, writing); able to communicate independently with clients at construction sites. 2. **Ability to read and understand scaffolding / construction drawings**; technical background preferred. 3. Experience in scaffolding assembly, site supervision, or construction equipment/material rental is an advantage. 4. Strong on-site training and inspection capability. 5. Willing to travel across Saudi Arabia and work on construction sites. 6. Detail-oriented, responsible, with strong execution, communication and coordination skills. Show more Show less
