Role Description The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT and e-commerce projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Amman, where the Project Manager will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage resources, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders. Daily responsibilities include defining project requirements, creating project plans and schedules, monitoring progress, managing risks and issues, and preparing status reports. The role also involves collaborating with clients to understand business needs, aligning project objectives with operational goals, and driving continuous improvement in project delivery processes. Qualifications Project Management skills, including planning, execution, monitoring, and stakeholder management Expeditor and Expediting skills to ensure timely delivery of project components and resolve delays Inspection skills to verify quality, compliance, and adherence to project specifications Logistics Management skills to coordinate resources, materials, and workflows across multiple teams Experience managing IT or ERP implementation projects, preferably in e-commerce or process automation Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and risk management awareness Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related field; professional project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is an advantage Show more Show less
