Strategic Business Analyst

About the Role We are hiring a sharp, high-potential Business & Strategic Analyst. This is a multi-hat role at the center of the organization, covering strategy, performance, executive reporting, PMO, and GRC. You will support deliverables consumed by the CEO, Chairman, and Board, and you will work with leaders across every function. If you are ambitious, a fast learner, and want exposure to how a company actually runs from day one, this role is for you. What You Will Do Support the development and execution of corporate strategy and annual planning. Help build and maintain KPI dashboards and performance reports. Contribute to the monthly Board of Directors report and weekly CEO and Chairman highlights. Analyze business processes and support improvement initiatives to increase efficiency. Support PMO tracking of strategic projects, including milestones, risks, and status. Support GRC deliverables, governance materials, and committee packs. What You Will Bring Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Economics, Finance, or a related field. 0 to 4 years of experience. Internships, co-ops, and strong graduation projects count. Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint. Clean, structured, visually precise work. Executive-level presentation skills Clear, confident written and verbal communication in English. Comfort with ambiguity and a willingness to figure things out. Nice to have: exposure to BI tools (Power BI or Tableau), consulting internships, or coursework in strategy, finance, or project management. Who You Are Fast learner.
