Sales Representative in (Cairo, Egypt)

Job Description The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and closing sales through a consultative approach. The role involves identifying and qualifying leads, building strong client and supplier relationships, and generating sales opportunities with both new and existing customers. Primary Responsibilities Execute short- and long-term sales strategies aligned with company objectives to acquire new clients, retain existing customers, and increase broker and wholesale charter revenue. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and industry partners. Develop existing client relationships to generate leads, referrals, new sales opportunities, and business growth. Meet prospective and existing clients in person and attend relevant industry and networking events. Prepare and coordinate incoming charter requests, quotations, and trip requirements. Follow up on quotations and maintain accurate, up-to-date records of quotation status in the company database. Maintain accurate client preferences and records to support personalized service delivery and an excellent customer experience. Candidate Requirements Location: On-site position in Cairo, Egypt. Language skills: Fluency in English is essential; additional language skills are an advantage. Strong relationship-building and communication skills. Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proactive approach to following up on opportunities and achieving sales targets. Strong teamwork, accountability, and commitment to achieving results.
