Human Resources Director - Kuwait

Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Leadership Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on HR matters Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning 2. Talent Management & Acquisition Oversee recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent Ensure effective onboarding and employee integration programs Drive employer branding initiatives 3. Performance & Development Establish performance management systems and KPIs Lead leadership development and training programs Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional growth 4. Employee Relations & Culture Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture Handle complex employee relations issues and conflict resolution Ensure high employee engagement and retention 5. Compensation & Benefits Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs Ensure pay equity and alignment with market standards Oversee payroll policies and reward systems 6. Compliance & Governance Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures Manage audits, reporting, and risk mitigation 7. HR Operations & Systems Oversee HR systems and data analytics Drive digital transformation within HR processes Monitor HR metrics to improve decision-making Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred) 10–15+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices Proven leadership and strategic planning skills Key Skills & Competencies Strategic thinking and business acumen Leadership and team management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Problem-solving and decision-making ability Change management expertise High emotional intelligence and confidentiality Show more Show less
