HR Specialist

Job Summary Responsible for executing and following up on all personnel affairs procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies, labor laws, and maintaining accurate employee records while delivering exceptional HR support across departments Responsibilities Execute and follow up on all personnel affairs procedures ( contracts, promotions, transfers, and termination of services) Prepare and update physical and electronic employee files and records Manage Medical Insurance Programs And Other Employee Benefits Monitor, process, and manage invoices, recruitment, and cancellation of outsourced company labor Input and update employee data accurately within HR systems Monitor attendance, leaves, and departures in coordination with relevant departments Support payroll operations by preparing, organizing, and verifying data accuracy Coordinate with Government Relations (PRO) regarding non-Saudi employee matters Apply approved human resources policies and procedures Respond to employee inquiries related to HR systems, regulations, and procedures Prepare periodic reports on human resources operations Ensure data confidentiality and adherence to business ethics and code of conduct Perform any other tasks assigned within the scope of work Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. More than 2 years of experience in HR operations or personnel affairs, preferably in Saudi Arabi Solid knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, GOSI, Qiwa, Muqeem, and Mudad platforms Hands-on experience with Odoo HR module or similar ERP systems Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and organizational skills Excellent command of Arabic and English Show more Show less
