Senior IT Support Specialist - Saudi

Job Overview We are seeking a Senior IT Support Specialist to support daily IT operations. The role involves resolving technical issues, maintaining hardware and software, managing user access, and ensuring employees have secure and reliable access to IT services. Key Responsibilities Provide technical support to the employees and resolve hardware, software, and network issues. Install, configure, and maintain computers, peripherals, operating systems, and applications. Manage user accounts, passwords, and access permissions within Active Directory. Monitor system and network performance and coordinate the resolution of complex technical issues. Maintain backup systems and perform data recovery when required. Maintain access control systems, including fingerprint devices and gate access cards. Document technical issues, resolutions, and support activities. Guide employees on effective system usage and IT security practices. Coordinate with IT service providers on technical support and maintenance requirements. Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security procedures. Qualifications and Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in IT technical support. Hands-on experience with Windows environments, Active Directory, and network troubleshooting. Knowledge of backup and recovery, remote support tools, and access control systems. Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. Show more Show less
