Influencer Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies targeting the Egyptian market. Identify, research, and build relationships with relevant influencers and content creators. Manage influencer campaigns from briefing and negotiation to execution and reporting. Negotiate rates, deliverables, and campaign terms with influencers and agencies. Coordinate content creation and ensure deliverables meet brand guidelines. Monitor influencer performance and campaign KPIs. Track campaign reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI. Stay updated on Egyptian social media trends, creators, and emerging platforms. Build and maintain an updated database of influencers across different categories. Collaborate with the Social Media, Creative, and Marketing teams to ensure integrated campaigns. Requirements Experience in the Egyptian market is a MUST. Previous experience in Influencer Marketing, Social Media, or Digital Marketing. Strong knowledge of the Egyptian influencer and creator landscape. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and other relevant platforms. Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines. Strong analytical and reporting skills. Experience in beauty, perfume, fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce is a plus. Show more Show less
