Site Civil Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Civil Site Engineer to join our team immediately for a 400 kV Overhead Transmission Line (OHL) Project in Kuwait. Position: Civil Site Engineer Project: 400 kV Overhead Transmission Line Location: Kuwait Experience: Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in similar HV/OHL projects Joining: Immediate Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate civil construction activities for transmission line tower foundations. Manage and monitor excavation, foundation preparation, reinforcement, formwork, concreting, grouting, and backfilling works. Ensure construction activities are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project requirements. Coordinate with subcontractors, surveyors, consultants, and other project disciplines. Review civil and structural drawings and identify discrepancies or technical issues. Coordinate inspections, testing, and approvals with the client/consultant. Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship. Monitor daily site progress and manpower productivity. Prepare daily and weekly site reports and maintain proper site records. Coordinate with the Planning Engineer regarding progress and upcoming activities. Ensure compliance with project HSE requirements during all civil activities. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. Minimum 5 years of experience in civil works for similar HV overhead transmission line projects. Experience with transmission tower foundations is mandatory/preferred. Experience in 400 kV projects is highly preferred. Good knowledge of excavation, reinforcement, concrete works, foundations, surveying, and site execution. Ability to read and interpret civil/structural drawings and specifications. Strong site supervision, coordination, and reporting skills.
