Position: Lead Quant Researchers (CEX / DEX) Remote, Hybrid or Office work format possible We're looking for experienced, hands-on quants with concrete trading ideas for CEX and/or DEX markets who can build his trading desk in-house. Must-have: - At least one actionable trading strategy or idea backed by solid backtests or live trading results - 1+ years of experience in a quant fund or proprietary trading firm - Ability to independently research, code, test, and deploy strategies - Strong Python & C++ skills We want people who know where the opportunities are and how to turn them into real PnL.
