German Speaking Gaming Support Agent - Remote Egypt

We are currently recruiting German-speaking Gaming Support Agents for a fully remote opportunity in the gaming industry. As a Gaming Support Agent, you will support players for a well-known game studio, helping them with account, technical, gameplay, and purchase-related issues while ensuring an excellent customer experience. Location: Remote Please Note We are only able to consider candidates currently based in: Albania, Bosnia, Egypt, Greece, Hungary, Kosovo, or Turkey. Responsibilities Support players via chat and email Help users with account and technical issues Handle gameplay and purchase-related queries Ensure high customer satisfaction Work closely with Team Leads and Operations Managers Stay updated on new game releases and updates Requirements German level C1 minimum English level B2 minimum Passion for gaming and strong gaming knowledge Ownership of a PS4, PS5, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, or modern gaming PC/laptop Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently Quiet workspace at home Technical Requirements Customer service experience is a plus.
