Commercial & Partnerships Manager — New Consumer App (Kuwait) We are building a new consumer mobile app for the Kuwaiti market, in the lifestyle space. We are looking for our first commercial hire: someone who will build our partner network from zero and turn it into revenue. What you will do Build and own the partner pipeline: identify, approach and sign venues and service providers across Kuwait. Negotiate commercial terms and partnership agreements (within approved limits), and manage them after signing. Design and test the commercial model with the founder: commissions, packages, promotions and partner pricing. Own partner onboarding: getting partner details, offers and availability live and accurate. Track the pipeline and revenue weekly, and report clearly with numbers. Be the voice of partners inside the company: feedback, issues, and what makes them stay. What we are looking for (must-have) 5+ years in B2B sales, business development or partnerships in Kuwait. A real network in Kuwait's hospitality, F&B, entertainment or lifestyle sector. Proven record of closing deals and managing accounts after signing. Comfortable with numbers: pipeline, margins, commissions, targets. Fluent Arabic and English. Nice to have Experience at a marketplace, delivery, booking or consumer app (for example a platform that works with restaurants, venues or activities). Experience launching something new (a new product, a new branch, a new market). Startup mindset: comfortable with building processes from scratch.
