Responsibilities
Own and manage a portfolio of clients across various insurance product lines
Proactively engage with clients to review their coverage needs and ensure policy renewals
Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities and coordinate with the sales team
Handle client escalations and resolve complex issues with professionalism and urgency
Track and analyze client data to identify retention risks and growth opportunities
Build strong, trust-based relationships that increase client lifetime value
Prepare regular performance reports and present portfolio updates to line management
Stay up to date with insurance products, regulations, and market trends
Qualifications & Required Skills
2–6 years of experience.
Fluency in English is a must.
Car ownership is a plus.
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent negotiation skills.
