C/C++ Developer

Location: Egypt – Egyptian candidates only Work Mode: Hybrid Role Description: This is a full-time hybrid role for a C/C++ Developer based in Cairo, Egypt, with flexibility for partial work from home. The C/C++ Developer will design, implement, and optimize software components and services using C and C++, following best practices in object-oriented programming and software engineering. Daily tasks include writing clean and efficient code, debugging and resolving issues, performing code reviews, and collaborating with cross-functional teams such as QA, product management, and other developers. The role also involves contributing to backend services, integrating APIs, ensuring performance and reliability, and participating in architectural discussions and technical documentation. The developer will work within an agile environment, actively engaging in sprint planning, stand-ups, and continuous improvement activities. Qualifications Strong programming skills in C and C++. Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and software design principles. Good knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving. Understanding of networking concepts and communication protocols. Good understanding of multithreading and concurrent programming. Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team. A proactive mindset, analytical thinking, and a passion for solving complex technical challenges. Experience that would be a plus: Exposure to 5G or LTE technologies. Familiarity with telecommunications protocols and protocol stack development. Experience working in Linux environments.
