About the Role We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented, and motivated Registered Nurse with 1 to 2 years of clinical experience to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care, conduct clinical assessments, and collaborate with physicians and specialists to support optimal patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments, including monitoring vital signs and health status. Safely administer medications (oral, IV, IM) and treatments in strict compliance with clinical protocols and physician orders. Perform routine clinical tasks, including wound care, dressing changes, IV insertion, and specimen collection. Maintain accurate, timely electronic health records (EHR / EMR) covering assessments, care plans, and progress notes. Collaborate closely with physicians, senior nursing staff, and allied health professionals to execute individual care plans. Educate patients and their families regarding medical conditions, discharge instructions, and preventative care. Adhere to strict safety, hygiene, and infection control standards to ensure a safe clinical environment. Qualifications & Requirements Education: Bachelor’s Degree or in Nursing (BSN / RN). Licensure: Valid Nursing License Experience: 1 to 2 years of direct clinical nursing experience in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare facility. Saudi Nationality Preferred Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required; ACLS is a plus. Skills: Proficient in medication administration, IV therapy, and EHR documentation.
