Architectural Designn / Building Design Consultant

Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Architectural Design / Building Design Consultant to oversee architectural planning, building design, and project development activities. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in architectural concepts, space planning, construction drawings, and building regulations to deliver functional, innovative, and aesthetically appealing building designs. Key Responsibilities Develop architectural concepts, building layouts, and detailed design proposals. Prepare architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, and construction documents. Coordinate with engineers, contractors, developers, and project stakeholders. Review building designs to ensure functionality, safety, and regulatory compliance. Provide technical advice and design recommendations throughout project development. Monitor design progress and ensure project requirements are met. Assist with material selection, space planning, and construction specifications. Identify design issues and recommend practical solutions. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Architectural Design, or a related field. Proven experience in architectural design, building planning, or design consultancy. Strong knowledge of building design principles, construction methods, and architectural standards. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other architectural design software. Good understanding of building codes, planning regulations, and construction documentation. Strong creativity, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
