Personal Assistant – Dubai Salary: AED 10,000–12,000 per month We are seeking a reliable, organised and discreet Personal Assistant to support senior leadership with day-to-day personal matters, appointments, errands and travel arrangements. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented and adaptable, with a hands-on approach and a strong commitment to confidentiality. Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily personal arrangements, appointments and schedules. Assist with personal errands, reservations, purchases and general day-to-day requirements. Arrange travel logistics, including flights, hotel bookings, transfers and itineraries. Liaise with drivers, hotels, service providers and other external contacts. Support with personal correspondence, documentation, payments and related administrative tasks. Keep track of upcoming appointments, travel plans and outstanding requests. Respond to last-minute changes and ensure arrangements are updated accordingly. Handle all personal information and private matters with discretion and confidentiality. Provide flexible support when needed, particularly around travel and urgent requests. Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in a Personal Assistant or similar personal support role. Previous experience coordinating travel arrangements, bookings and personal logistics. Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail. A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to manage tasks independently. Professional communication skills and confidence liaising with external service providers. Trustworthy, discreet and comfortable handling confidential personal matters. Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to respond to changing requirements when necessary.
