Design and create the content that defines how a premium beauty business looks, feels and connects across every channel. Why Join Us Work directly with an expert founder and turn her knowledge into beautiful, high-performing content Learn our vision, brand and customer inside out, then shape how the brand shows up Real creative ownership, with fast feedback and quick decisions A dynamic, fast-moving, ambitious small team: low egos, high standards Competitive salary plus annual bonus Monday to Friday Role Snapshot Location: Abu Dhabi (on-site) Employment type: Full-time Experience: 3+ years in graphic design, socials / content creation Eligibility: Applicants must currently be based in the UAE What You’ll Own Designing creatives across channels: social, email, website, digital ads and print Planning, filming, editing and posting short-form video and social content Spotting trends and turning them into on-brand content fast Engaging our community: replying, sparking conversation, building loyalty Creating content for the founder’s personal brand Keeping the brand look consistent, premium and on time across every touchpoint Essentials Currently based in the UAE A strong design portfolio across multiple channels Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva Able to film and edit short-form video (e.g. CapCut, Premiere or similar) Proven experience creating social content for a brand A genuine interest in beauty, skincare and wellness Excellent written English, with a strong eye for tone of voice and detail You’ll Thrive Here If You Have a refined, premium design eye Always know what’s trending in beauty and on social Learn fast, research independently and adapt quickly Care about what performs, not just what looks good Take ownership and follow work through to completion Nice to Have Beauty, retail or e-commerce brand experience Experience with email platforms (e.g. Klaviyo) Comfortable appearing on camera Using AI tools to speed up research and ideas Don’t tick every box?
