Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for Fresh and Experienced Primary/Resale Agents based in New Cairo. The agent will handle client inquiries, conduct property viewings, and guide clients through the buying, selling, or renting process for both primary (new) and resale properties. Daily responsibilities include maintaining up-to-date knowledge of available listings, following up with leads, preparing basic property presentations, and supporting clients with documentation and coordination. The role also involves working closely with the team to meet sales targets, ensuring a professional client experience, and representing EgyProperty’s values in all interactions. Qualifications Ability to build strong client relationships, communicate clearly, and provide professional customer service. Basic knowledge or interest in real estate markets, property types, and the sales cycle for primary and resale properties. Strong organizational skills, including time management, follow-up discipline, and attention to detail in handling documentation. Comfortable working on-site, collaborating with colleagues, and adapting to a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Proficiency in using phones, messaging apps, and basic computer tools (email, spreadsheets, CRM or listing platforms is a plus). Fluency in spoken and written English and Arabic, with the ability to explain information clearly to clients. Previous experience in real estate sales or customer-facing roles is preferred; motivated fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply. High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Business, Marketing, or similar is an advantage. Show more Show less
