Responsibilities:
Receive, process, and deliver shipments while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Assist walk-in customers with product and service inquiries.
Organize workflow to meet customer deadlines.
Coordinate with internal and operational teams to resolve customer issues.
Handle and follow up on customer complaints to ensure proper resolution.
Identify and report service issues and customer dissatisfaction to the manager.
Perform accurate data entry according to company procedures.
Support team goals and achieve individual targets by promoting company services.
Perform other duties assigned by the manager.
Requirements:
University degree; fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience.
Very good English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
