We are hiring - Customer Support Representative – Arabic Account

Job Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer calls professionally.
Respond to customer inquiries about automotive products and services.
Record customer information, feedback, and complaints.
Escalate technical and complex issues to the relevant departments.
Follow company procedures and customer service standards.
Job Requirements:
Fluent in Arabic.
Good English communication skills.
At least 1 year of customer service or call center experience is preferred.
Automotive industry experience is an advantage.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
