We are looking for a hands-on Lead Application Software Supervisor – .NET Core & AI to lead engineering execution, build scalable enterprise features, and drive Intelligent System Architecture (.NET Core + Cloud AI).
🎯 Key Requirements:
Core Engineering Stack: 4+ years of experience in .NET Core, C#, C++, ASP.NET Core & REST APIs.
Technical Leadership: 2+ years in a Senior/Lead role driving code quality, performance, and developer mentorship.
Intelligent Solutions Experience: Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI, LLM Integrations, Azure AI Search, or Semantic Search (Note: University projects & internships do not count).
Data & Modern Practices: SQL Server / PostgreSQL, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and good knowledge of React/Angular.
Communication: Fluent English skills.
without strong core .NET Core & C# experience will not be considered.
