Role Description The Engineering Internship Program (Civil) at ASWAQ Developments is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm El Sherouk. Interns will support civil engineering activities across residential, commercial, and administrative projects, including assisting with design reviews, site inspections, and quantity surveying. Daily tasks may include preparing technical drawings and documentation, helping with project reports and updates, and coordinating with site engineers and project managers. Interns will have the opportunity to observe construction workflows, learn how to interpret engineering plans, and gain exposure to local codes and standards. The program is designed to provide practical experience, mentorship, and a foundation for a future career in civil engineering and real estate development. Qualifications Currently studying or recently graduated with a degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field. Basic knowledge of civil engineering principles, structural concepts, and construction processes. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and project specifications. Familiarity with engineering and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar) is an advantage. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and quality. Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team. Motivation to learn, willingness to work on-site, and adaptability in a fast-paced project environment.
