WE’RE HIRING | Head of Indian Incoming Tourism Department Cairo Transport and Touring (CTT) | Cairo, Egypt Are you an experienced tourism professional with a strong network in the Indian travel market and a passion for developing inbound tourism? Cairo Transport and Touring (CTT), a Destination Management Company (DMC) specializing in incoming tourism to Egypt, is looking for a dynamic and commercially driven Head of Indian Incoming Tourism Department to lead our India market operations and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities - Lead and manage the Indian incoming tourism department, including team performance and daily operations. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with Indian tour operators, travel agencies, wholesalers, and corporate travel partners. - Drive sales growth and increase tourist arrivals from India to Egypt. - Design competitive tour packages, tailor-made itineraries, and travel experiences for Indian visitors. - Manage quotations, hotel contracting, reservations, transportation, sightseeing, and operational coordination. - Monitor market trends, competitors, pricing, and new business opportunities. - Establish sales targets, monitor departmental performance, and report results to management. Qualifications and Requirements - Minimum 5 years of experience in incoming tourism, destination management, or tour operations, preferably handling the Indian market. - Strong knowledge of the Indian travel trade, tour operators, and travel agency networks. - Excellent sales, negotiation, communication, and business development skills. - Good knowledge of Egypt’s tourism destinations, hotels, transportation, excursions, and tour products. - Proven ability to lead a team, manage operations, and achieve commercial targets. - Fluency in English is essential; or other languages is an advantage. - Strong organizational, problem-solving, and customer relationship management skills.
