Marketing Specialist

Job Summary The ideal candidate will support the implementation of marketing activities, coordinate marketing requests across clinic branches, follow up on promotional materials and content delivery, and assist in organizing doctor photo and video shoots, events, and local partnerships. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively with multiple teams. Key Responsibilities Support daily marketing activities and assist in executing marketing campaigns across clinic branches. Coordinate with branches to collect marketing requests, updates, and operational requirements. Assist in organizing photography and video shoots for doctors and clinics. Follow up on marketing materials, designs, and content delivery to ensure timely completion. Coordinate promotional offers and in-branch marketing activities. Assist in organizing influencer visits, marketing events, and local partnerships. Monitor competitors' promotions, dental offers, and local marketing activities. Prepare basic marketing reports and maintain updated marketing trackers. Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies to follow up on assigned tasks. Support social media and digital marketing activities as needed. Ensure consistent implementation of marketing campaigns and brand guidelines across branches. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 0–2 years of experience in marketing; dental or healthcare experience is an advantage. Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills. Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing. Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Arabic language proficiency is required; English is an advantage. Willingness to travel between clinic branches and participate in field marketing activities when needed.
