Architectural Engineer

Role Description: The Architectural Engineer will develop and refine architectural designs, prepare technical drawings and specifications, and coordinate with civil engineering and construction teams to ensure designs are feasible and comply with local regulations and standards. Daily responsibilities include reviewing project requirements, participating in design reviews, conducting site visits to monitor progress and resolve technical issues, and collaborating with project managers to align design solutions with budgets and timelines. The role also involves preparing reports and documentation, supporting tender and permitting processes, and working closely with multidisciplinary team members to deliver safe, efficient, and sustainable built environments. Qualifications Architecture skills, including conceptual design, detailed drawings, and familiarity with relevant building codes and standards. Civil Engineering and Construction knowledge to ensure structural integrity, buildability, and coordination between design and site execution. Project Management capabilities to plan, prioritize, and track project phases, deadlines, resources, and deliverables. Strong Teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with engineers, designers, contractors, and stakeholders. Proficiency with industry-standard design and modeling software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, BIM tools) and MS Office. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a closely related field. 3-4 years of relevant experience in architectural or engineering projects, ideally including on-site construction coordination.
