Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Odoo Consultant – French Speaker based in Giza. The consultant will configure, customize, and maintain Odoo modules to support clients’ business processes across areas such as HR, finance, operations, and sales. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and analyzing client requirements, designing solutions, performing system testing, and supporting implementation and go-live activities. The role involves providing end-user training, creating documentation, and offering ongoing functional support and troubleshooting. The consultant will collaborate closely with technical teams and client stakeholders, communicate effectively in French and English, and ensure projects are delivered on time and aligned with business goals. Qualifications Strong functional experience with Odoo ERP, including configuration, customization, and implementation of key modules. Proficiency in business process analysis and requirements gathering for domains such as HR, finance, sales, and operations. Excellent communication skills in French and English, with the ability to facilitate workshops and train end users. Solid problem-solving, analytical, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and quality. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage client relationships professionally. Relevant academic background in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. Prior experience as an ERP or Odoo consultant, ideally within HR or business consultancy environments.
