Who can apply? Fresh graduates with an outstanding academic record (Fresh Grads: any graduates of the year 2025, or 2026 or January 2027, as for males who completed their military service either in 2024 or 2025 A fresh graduate with diverse extracurricular & internship experiences Competencies & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent Strong ownership, teamwork, and customer focus Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills Effective communication, presentation, and stakeholder management Experience working in high-availability enterprise environments Automation mindset with continuous improvement focus Ability to work under pressure and manage critical incidents Strong understanding of Microsoft enterprise technologies Hands-on experience with: Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) Active Directory & Group Policy Exchange Online / Hybrid Exchange Microsoft 365 Azure Administration Azure AI Services Copilot Technologies Microsoft Power Platform Microsoft Intune & Endpoint Management PowerShell, Python & Microsoft Graph Show more Show less
