Key Requirements:
10+ years of experience as a Pega Business Analyst
Strong Commercial Banking domain knowledge preferred
Hands-on experience in Commercial Lending / Loan Origination
Experience with Pega 8.x, Case Management & DCO
Strong requirement gathering, business analysis & process mapping skills
Customer-facing experience with excellent communication skills
Experience in UI/UX-rich projects
Ability to work with business stakeholders, Product Owners & Pega Architects
PCBA certification is highly preferred
Middle East banking / SAMA experience is an added advantage
Exposure to AI use-case implementations is an additional advantage
