Develop and manage financial plans, budgets, and forecasts. Monitor cash flow, expenses, revenue, and overall financial performance. Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and management accounts. Ensure accurate financial records and proper accounting procedures. Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities. Coordinate financial audits and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. Identify financial risks and recommend effective cost-control strategies. Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support business decisions. Lead, supervise, and support the finance and accounting team. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, or CFA are an advantage. Proven experience in finance, accounting, or financial management. Strong knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, and accounting principles. Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills. Good leadership and team management abilities. Strong communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial management systems. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.
