Senior Payroll Specialist

Role Description: The Senior Payroll Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm 2nd 6 October/ New Cairo. This role is responsible for end-to-end payroll processing, including calculating wages, overtime, and benefits in accordance with company policies and applicable laws. The Senior Payroll Specialist maintains accurate payroll records, prepares payroll reports, and ensures timely payments to employees. Daily tasks include managing payroll taxes, handling garnishments, coordinating with payroll service providers if applicable, and resolving payroll-related inquiries from employees and management. The role also supports audits, implements process improvements, and collaborates with HR and Finance to ensure data integrity and compliance. Job Specifications: - Candidates should possess strong skills in Payroll Processing and Payroll Administration to manage end-to-end payroll cycles accurately and efficiently. - Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Payroll Taxes and related statutory requirements to ensure compliance with local regulations. - Candidates should possess experience with Payroll Services and systems, including the use of HRIS, ZK Attendance system , or payroll software for data entry, reporting, and reconciliation. - Candidates should possess expertise in managing Garnishments and other statutory or voluntary deductions in line with legal and company guidelines. - Relevant qualifications such as a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field are preferre. - Strong numerical aptitude, attention to detail, and confidentiality in handling sensitive employee data are essential. - Experience in retail or a high-volume, multi-location environment is an advantage. - Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams are important for success in this role.
