Architect

We are seeking an Architect to support architectural design across our real estate projects, from concept through construction. Key Responsibilities Develop concept, schematic, and detailed architectural designs for residential and commercial projects Prepare and review shop drawings, construction documents, and BOQs Coordinate with structural, MEP, and landscape consultants to ensure design integration Review consultant submittals and ensure compliance with project requirements and local building codes Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation and resolve technical issues Support value engineering and cost optimization initiatives Present design proposals to management and stakeholders Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Architecture [1–3] years of experience in architectural design, preferably with a real estate developer or Construction Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp or 3ds Max is a plus Strong knowledge of Egyptian building codes and regulations Proven experience in residential and Hotle Strong presentation and coordination skills Syndicate of Engineers membership Show more Show less
