Role Description The Retail Specialist – CFC – Kiosk is a full-time, on-site role based in New Cairo. This role is responsible for welcoming and engaging customers at the kiosk, understanding their needs, and guiding them through product options to support confident purchase decisions. Daily tasks include presenting merchandise, explaining product features and benefits, processing transactions, and maintaining an organized, visually appealing display area. The Retail Specialist also handles customer inquiries, supports after-sales service, and ensures that all interactions align with the brand’s standards for luxury and customer care. Collaboration with the wider store team to meet sales targets and uphold operational procedures is a key part of the role. Qualifications Strong retail sales abilities and experience working in a customer-facing retail environment. Solid product knowledge skills, with the capacity to learn and explain features, materials, and benefits of luxury accessories and jewelry. Commitment to customer satisfaction and high-quality customer service, with a focus on building lasting relationships. Effective communication skills, including clear verbal interaction and active listening with diverse customers. Attention to detail in merchandising, kiosk presentation, and handling transactions accurately. Ability to work on-site in New Cairo, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Previous experience in luxury retail, jewelry, or accessories is an advantage. Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems and standard retail operating procedures.
