In this role, the Hostess welcomes guests, manages seating arrangements, and ensures a smooth and friendly arrival experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling reservations, maintaining accurate guest lists, coordinating with the service team, and answering phone inquiries with professional etiquette. The Hostess also provides information about the venue, responds to guest requests, and helps resolve minor concerns to maintain high customer satisfaction. This position requires consistent punctuality, a polished appearance, and a strong commitment to hospitality standards. Qualifications Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to create a welcoming and positive guest experience. Clear and professional Communication skills, including effective Phone Etiquette for handling calls and guest inquiries. Experience managing Reservations and guest seating, preferably in a hospitality or restaurant environment. Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site setting, multitask, and collaborate with front-of-house and back-of-house teams. Fluency in English; additional languages commonly spoken in Dubai are an advantage. Professional demeanor, well-groomed appearance, and a strong passion for hospitality and guest care. Previous experience as a Host/Hostess or in a customer-facing role in hospitality is preferred. Show more Show less
