Commercial Manager

Position: Commercial Manager Location: UAE Industry: Building Construction We are looking for an experienced Commercial Manager with a strong background in building construction projects to lead and manage commercial operations, contract administration, cost control, and project financial performance. Key Responsibilities: Manage commercial activities across building construction projects, including budgeting, cost control, and commercial planning. Review BOQs, oversee quantity surveying, interim payment applications, and final accounts. Handle contract administration, variations, claims, and commercial negotiations. Monitor project costs, contractual performance, and commercial risks. Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams. Prepare commercial reports, cost analysis, and project settlement documentation. Candidate Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline. Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in commercial management within the construction industry. Mandatory UAE building construction experience. Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts, BOQs, QS, variations, and claims management. Good understanding of UAE construction practices, subcontract agreements, and final account settlements.
