Location: Egypt, nationwide. Store assignment depends on upcoming openings, business requirements and your location preferences. We’re the Middle East’s largest omnichannel eyewear retailer, with 250 stores across the GCC since 2017, and we’re bringing our eyewear experience to Egypt. We’re looking for passionate, energetic Sales Advisors to join us as we expand across the country. With exciting plans to open stores in multiple locations nationwide, we’re building our retail team and welcoming applications from candidates anywhere in Egypt. Your assigned store location will depend on our upcoming store openings, business requirements and your own location preferences. What you’ll do Welcome every customer and work out what they need before you sell them anything Learn our brands, frames and lens options well enough to give real advice, not a script Hit and beat your sales targets through styling, cross-sell and upsell Fit and adjust frames, and handle collections, exchanges and after-sales queries Keep displays, stock levels and store standards sharp Process transactions accurately and handle cash to our procedures Tell us what customers are saying so we can act on it What we’re looking for 0 to 3 years in retail, sales or customer service. Fresh graduates are welcome and we’ll train you Experience in fashion, optical, beauty, electronics or another customer-facing sales environment is an advantage Fluent Arabic and good spoken English. You’ll use English with customers every day Confident, warm and energetic, with a genuine interest in fashion, eyewear, beauty or lifestyle brands Happy working in a mall environment on shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays Based anywhere in Egypt and open to relocating or commuting to one of our upcoming stores Secondary school certificate or above; additional training in sales or customer service is a plus Basic computer skills for processing transactions Eligible to work in Egypt, with military service status resolved or exempt where applicable How to apply When applying, please ensure your CV clearly states your exact current location (city in Egypt) and your preferred work locations.
